DR. U. VISWANATHAN: Hailing form an ancient ayurveda family (vadayakkatu family) of central kerala having a history of more than 200 years, from the maternal side and a much more older family (chavercode family) in the paternal side, Dr. Viswanathan has graduated in ayurveda with high first class in his credit, from the Govt: college of Ayurveda , Trivandrum , Kerala which is the largest Ayurveda college in Asia . He had been working with his grand father, a famous Ayurvedic physician in central part of kerala, C.KUNJURAMAN VAIDYAN. He has compiled a book on Ayurveda, comprising of the valuable treatment experiences of his grand father and the rare and secret herbal medicines for various diseases. He has also undergone a basic course in PRANIC HEALING and also has procured a post graduation in alternative medicine from the Calcutta University through correspondence. Now he is undertaking research work in diseases like tonsillitis, sinusitis, rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel disease etc.

DR. K. AJITH KUMAR: Dr Kumar finished his Ayurvedic course in 1992. For three years he practised with Dr. C. P. R. Nair (Former Deputy Director, Post graduate study centre, Poojappura) Son of Royal Physician late Mr. Kumarakom Parameshwaran Pillai regarding the effective management of General diseases in Ayurveda. Then he worked with Vaidya Velayaudha Kurup and Dr. B. G. Gokulan (Recipient of the Ashoka Award) for three years in Management of Eye diseases in Ayurveda.

We have developed keeping in mind the strict stipulations of the ancient science a range of food varieties to suit every person who undergoes Ayurveda treatments. The diet is considered critical to the effectiveness of the Ayurveda treatments / programs and we have taken special care in training our Chefs to understand and appreciate this special need. The food is delectable but ayurvedic!! The delicious vegetarian food has it's ingredients from vegetables and leafs of medicinal properties.
